Shipping policy

Once our system processes your order, your products are carefully inspected to ensure they are in proper condition.

After passing the final quality check, the products are packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partners will bring the package to your address at the earliest possible time. If they are unable to reach your provided address or deliver at a suitable time, they may contact you to resolve the issue.

All orders are generally processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of your order within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

CUSTOM POLICY

Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your local customs authority to determine any additional costs before placing an order.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company, or at the time you pick up the item. Please do not confuse them with additional shipping charges from MYOC.
