CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

At MYOC, we hope our customers never have to cancel or return a product. However, we understand that certain situations may arise, and we are always ready to assist you.

We believe in keeping our customers happy and providing a smooth support experience. As a first step, we have outlined our cancellation and return policy below to make the process clear and hassle-free.

RETURN POLICY

  • We accept returns for eligible products.
  • We provide a refund if you are not satisfied with the product, subject to our return terms and inspection.
  • The return request must be initiated within 24hr from the date of receipt of the product.
  • The refund amount will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The product should be accompanied by the original or copy of the invoice.

IMPORTANT NOTE

The buyer has to bear the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated by MYOC.
